My husband and I met Dr Jeneby several years ago in Austin actually. He was very friendly and did not seem to mind us asking medical questions and questions related to his practice right away even though we had just met him and he was trying to enjoy his time away. Over the years we would run into him in San Antonio several times. If we ever had a medical question he never hesitated answering our phone calls. One terrible night at 3 am our son had a seizure and my husband called Dr Jeneby and he answered. Dr Jeneby has a background in neurology and was so kindhearted and helpful getting us through that crises for our family. When I decided to have a procedure done we went to Dr Jeneby. His staff was wonderful. I never had to wait for appointments. Dr Jeneby explained the procedure thoroughly and gave us as much time as we wanted to ask questions and to make sure we were comfortable. When I had the procedure Dr Jeneby and his staff took wonderful care of me. Before I was fully healed I went to a lake and when I told Dr Jeneby’s nurse that, Dr Jeneby immediately called me and scolded me about the risk of infection doing something like that and prescribed antibiotics. I appreciate that he was so conscientious and proactive. I had no problems with my recovery and could not be happier with the results of my procedure. Dr Jeneby is a wonderful doctor, an artist and one of the most sincere people I have ever known. – C Shaw – Google
