Rebeca went above and beyond for me, I can’t even begin to tell you the sheer level of professionalism and care I felt in her hands. I have never felt more empathy in a practitioner. Be prepared to wait for her, she takes her time with you (which she will explain, she refuses to rush when it comes to something as important as our faces) she’s obviously in high demand. One thing I can say for sure is I would wait hours, days, weeks to see her if necessary because she is by far worth the wait. Her work is impeccable and her bedside manner is refreshing.

Dr. Jeneby & his staff are so kind & professional, yet simultaneously welcoming & sincerely devoted & attentive, which is a rare combination in my experience. Everyone made me feel immediately comfortable & listened to my concerns. I came in with a capsular contracture complication from a prior surgeon. Because it was not a good time personally for me to surgically remedy my problem, Dr. Jeneby offered alternatives & treated my condition with Aspen Ultrasound therapy. He explained the treatment options & expectations/stats thoroughly. This therapy is completely painless, non-invasive, & very time/cost effective in comparison with the alternative offered in San Antonio: surgical capsulectomy. I highly recommend Dr. Jeneby & cannot put into words my gratitude for his incredible expertise and capabilities.

I had researched many surgeons throughout 2019. I had been to four consults throughout San Antonio before I went to my last one with Dr. Jeneby. My husband and I met Dr Jeneby several years ago in Austin actually. He was very friendly and did not seem to mind us asking medical questions and questions related to his practice right away even though we had just met him and he was trying to enjoy his time away. Over the years we would run into him in San Antonio several times. If we ever had a medical question he never hesitated answering our phone calls. One terrible night at 3 am our son had a seizure and my husband called Dr Jeneby and he answered. Dr Jeneby has a background in neurology and was so kindhearted and helpful getting us through that crises for our family. When I decided to have a procedure done we went to Dr Jeneby. His staff was wonderful. I never had to wait for appointments. Dr Jeneby explained the procedure thoroughly and gave us as much time as we wanted to ask questions and to make sure we were comfortable. When I had the procedure Dr Jeneby and his staff took wonderful care of me. Before I was fully healed I went to a lake and when I told Dr Jeneby’s nurse that, Dr Jeneby immediately called me and scolded me about the risk of infection doing something like that and prescribed antibiotics. He is a highly accomplished and studied physician who had a reputation of being one of the best in his residency class and as a colleague of mine in the community. I’m also a satisfied patient.
