victoria PageJuly 22, 2026Today was my first appointment for laser tattoo removal. I was only there to wait for my honey, but when I saw they did laser tattoo removal I asked the staff immediately. I have been getting this tattoo removed for almost a year because I go every 6-8 weeks for a session. I have had 10 sessions on this thing and it is still here!! When I saw the results of this laser on 1 SESSION from the posters and reviews I just had to ask because it seemed too good to be true. Andrea examined my horrible foot tattoo and was like, "oh yeah we can get that." She explained to me how my previous attempts to remove the tattoo at a different place actually gave me laser burns which is why I have these super light spots on my foot :( Nonetheless, Andrea and the rest of the staff took care of me. I had the appointment same day, no need to come back at a different time. They also have evening hours which is great for my work schedule. I'm somewhat skeptical since this tattoo just doesn't want to disappear, but I'm excited to see the results! I also liked the snack and drink options 😀. They also always have great deals on botox to buy in bulk and keep as a stash. I have to say that Fernanda has been the best injector, with her friendliness, thoughtfulness, professionalism, honesty, warmth, being so welcoming, and advice on skin care. I have had hair removal at 2 other Medical Spas in San Antonio and my results were not as effective and the laser machines were not as advanced with the cooling mechanisms which caused more discomfort with those other treatments. Diana, my esthetician, is very professional and experienced. With such a good experience with my first hair removal treatment (a series of 6), I purchased a series of 6 more hair treatments for the Brazilian region due to the comfort of the laser technology machine and precision and professionalism that Diana gave me. The entire staff is friendly. They offer complimentary beverages. I’m pleased with the results. I have recommended this medical spa towards other healthcare professionals seeking cosmetic treatment. I will definitely be returning. Love my results! The only issue I had is it’s customary practice to allow the patient view which vial the medication is being withdrawn from ensuring if you’re paying for Botox, Xeomin , etc you’re getting what you paid for. I didn’t see which vial and which medication was being injected into my face. Although I love the results. I do not know if I was injected Cronin Botox jeveau etc I advice patients be given the opportunity see the vial vs coming into the room with pre- filled syringes.
